Later you will immerse yourself in the world of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in a family Acetaia, who has been producing and preserving the most precious vinegar in the world. During the tour, you will learn all the steps of production, from the hilly vineyards of the farm to the cooking room, two aging rooms and the Balsamic Vinegar’s museum. The final step is the tasting of 5 kinds of classic Balsamic Vinegar. Traditional, historical, aged, never banal.
