You will virtually visit the largely unknown and untouched rural region of Italy - Molise. A vast area of farmland, it’s the perfect natural habitat for processing the most delicious Italian food products – meat, honey, oil, wine and…cheese.
Visit one of the best cheese factories in the Molise region of Italy and observe the traditional cheesemaking process.
This particular family that you will meet has been making locally produced Italian cheese since 1662.
Antonia Di Nucci, the Local Producer, will show you around the local grounds and products, explaining the different techniques before your guided tasting.
You will take a virtual tour and explore the factory where the cheese is produced.
You will also get to visit the museum dedicated to the ancient ritual of “transumanza” and other dairy methods used in Italy. After which you will taste that famous Caciocavallo di Agnone cheese which can be found in your EAT-Box.

Live Virtual Tour Information
Once you have ordered your EATales Experience and received your EAT-Box, please contact us to schedule your Live Tour. Tours are available on Thursday and Saturday year round. Certain blackout dates apply.
There is a maximum of 15 participants per live streamed tour, but it could be just your group. If you wish to guarantee a private tour, please email us at experiences@eatales.travel.

Cheese production takes place in the morning, Italian time. At the time of your tour, it may be finished for the day. If so, you will still see the process via video while enjoying every other part of your live tour and tasting with Antonia.
