Day 1
We will be welcomed to an ancient mill, where the Ecoumseum delle Acque del Gemonese is located. Here we will talk about Roccoli and taste the traditional “Pan di Sorc”, a local bread prepared according to an ancient recipe.
We will discover the cheese processing at the Latteria Turnaria based in Campolessi.
Day 2
We will walk until Roccoli, circular shaped grove of trees and enjoy local produce with a picnic.
Have the afternoon free
Day 3
We will be lead though Venzone village, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
In the afternoon visit to the most ancient Grappa Factory in the Friuli Region together with Grappa Producer.
