- Watch the night procession of the candles and the “Bravìo delle Botti”*
- Relax at sunset and admire the stunning view of the Val d’Orcia
Highlights:

- We will attend the nocturnal candle procession and the Bravio delle Botti race

Programme
Day 1
We will reach a farmhouse where we’ll be greeted with an aperitif. Following that, a briefing on the “Bravìo delle Botti” and then visit to Montepulciano. In the evening, dinner at a farmhouse.
Day 2
We will explore Pienza and Monticchiello, have lunch in a typical farmhouse and then visit the Civic Museum in Montepulciano. We will enjoy our dinner in the taverns of the “Bravìo*” and watch the procession of the candles.

Day 3
We will visit Siena and have lunch in the Chianti area with its marvelous Romanesque churches.
Day 4
We will see Montalcino, Sant’Antimo and San Quirico d’Orcia abbeys,
Chiusi and the Etruscan tombs. We will end the day sipping “Nobile di Montepulciano” wine and having dinner in a winery.
Day 5
We will learn how to cook Tuscan dishes and eat what we will have prepared. In the afternoon, we will watch the crazy race of the barrels in the alleys of Montepulciano.
Day 6
We will visit Radicofani and Abbadia San Salvatore. We will admire the sunset on the Val d’Orcia.
Day 7
Visit to Castiglione del Lago: we will first have a sailing boat tour and then we’ll end our journey enjoying our lunch on the sailing boat eating lake fish.
