Programme
Day 1
On arrival we will relax in a beautiful Country House immersed in the countryside of Frascati, specialized in the cultivation and transformation of medicinal and aromatic herbs. Here we will be offered a tasty welcome aperitif and enjoy a dinner based on herbs: we will delight our palate tasting special dishes with ancient flavors. These herbs, also used in medical treatments, are cooked according to Phytoalimurgian cuisine rules.
Day 2
You will be guided trough an hiking trail to reach the ancient city Tusculum, on the top of the hills around Frascati. From its heights you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the Eternal City.
We will be free for lunch and the rest of day.
Day 3
The third day is dedicated to the villages and lakes of the Castelli Romani.We will visit the enchanting town of Castel Gandolfo , with its artisan shops, its promenade on the lake and its contemporary murals.
From here we will move on to the nearby Nemi, have lunch in a typical restaurant and then continue our tour visiting the local craft shops. At the end of the walk we will visit Ariccia and Frascati. You will have a wine tour in a winery and taste local wine.
At the end of the dinner, we will return to the Country House.
Day 4
We will discover unusual places in Monti Prenestini area, such as the beautiful Archeological Museum in Palestrina. We will walk trough its galleries and admire an amazing view over the town.

Day 5
After a free morning we will visit a winery, near the Appia Antica, also specialized in dairy products where we will stay for lunch.
