Programme
Day 1
We will arrive in Lugnano in Teverina and will be welcomed in an ancient farmhouse or B&B where we will enjoy an aperitif.
Day 2
Visit to the historical centre of Lugnano in Teverina with its beauties like the Collegiata Church and then local charcuterie and cheese tasting.
Guided by a local guide you will discover the incredible story of the Vampire Child.
This ancient Roman vampire child was found buried with a stone wedged between his teeth. A sign that those who put him there were so scared he might rise again - they wanted to make sure he stays there.
In the afternoon free time.
Day 3
We will visit Civitella del Lago with its beautiful Museum and learn the history behind painting eggs in Umbria.
We will then enjoy our lunch at a mill, have a guided oil tasting and departure.
