Later you will immerse yourself in the world of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in a family Acetaia, who has been producing and preserving the most precious vinegar in the world.

During the tour, you will learn all the steps of production, from the hilly vineyards of the farm to the cooking room, two aging rooms and the Balsamic Vinegar’s museum. Later you will enjoy a traditional lunch tasting Balsamic Vinegar paired with local food specialties.

During the afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the secrets and techniques behind the world-renowned Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese when you visit a producer.
